About the job

Duties and Responsibilities:

Building the partnership department according to the ISO 44001 standards by setting the framework, policies, and procedures.

Following up on the status of partnerships progress and liaising implementation obstacles.

Delivering on request from MOF's International Relations.

Building relations and connections locally and internationally to sign new MOUs, MOAs, and SLAs in alignment with organizational strategical goals and business viability.

Establishing and building the “Knowledge Hub” to engage the relevant business owners, outline tasks and key deliverables, and raise the visibility of NDMC.

Preparation for running the NDMC workshops and round tables.

Organizing Workshops with other DMOs to align and share knowledge on common concerns.

Exploring NDMC's Participation in Conferences to expand business opportunities and enhance the business offering.

Developing a framework to assess and evaluate current Partnerships for continuous improvement.

Developing a framework to participate in conferences.

Developing a framework to participate in awards Ceremonies in coordination with corporate communication head.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in (Finance, Business Administration, MIS).

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Advanced Excel skills

Fluent English

Presentation skills

Experience:

Preferred

بناء قسم الشراكة وفق معايير ISO 44001 من خلال وضع الإطار والسياسات والإجراءات.

متابعة حالة التقدم في الشراكات والاتصال بمعوقات التنفيذ.

التسليم بناء على طلب من العلاقات الدولية بوزارة المالية.

بناء العلاقات والاتصالات محليًا ودوليًا لتوقيع مذكرات التفاهم ومذكرة الاتفاق واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة الجديدة بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الإستراتيجية التنظيمية وجدوى الأعمال.

إنشاء وبناء "مركز المعرفة" لإشراك أصحاب الأعمال المعنيين، وتحديد المهام والتسليمات الرئيسية، وزيادة رؤية NDMC.

التحضير لتشغيل ورش عمل NDMC والموائد المستديرة.

تنظيم ورش عمل مع منظمات إدارة الوجهات الأخرى لمواءمة وتبادل المعرفة حول الاهتمامات المشتركة.

استكشاف مشاركة NDMC في المؤتمرات لتوسيع فرص الأعمال وتعزيز عروض الأعمال.

وضع إطار لتقييم وتقييم الشراكات الحالية من أجل التحسين المستمر.
