About the job
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability within MBL. And ensure that the sustainability objectives are prioritized, implemented, and communicated effectively, driving positive environmental and social impact while contributing to the company's long-term sustainable success.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, develop and ensure the implementation of the Department's policies and procedures.
Participation in the preparation of operational plans and the annual estimated budget for management activities.
Develop and update the management organizational structure and ensure that it is aligned with the company's policies and directions.
Participation in the proposal, management and implementation of initiatives and projects of the Department.
Participate in the development and follow-up of performance indicators for the implementation of the Department's operational plan, initiatives and projects.
Developing and executing the company's sustainability strategies, goals, and objectives in line with industry best practices and regulations.
Improving the company's social impact by developing programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the company.
