HVAC Technician
About the job
We're looking for an HVAC Technician who is reliable and has a good work ethic. They must be able to work independently and be able to troubleshoot problems.
Responsibilities:
• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, by dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicate with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Road-tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
• Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
• Supervises work of apprentice technicians as assigned.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
Supply Chain Manager
Responsibilities
Participating with the commercial's GMs, operation manger and CEO in setting short and long term business strategies for achieving the company’s objectives.
Identifying improvement opportunities, to enable the company to be proactive in the constantly changing environment.
Setting budget for the Department in coordination with the Finance Department at the company to be submitted to the CEO for review and approval.
Controlling the financial performance of the Department and keep it within the set budget.
Setting, cascading and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the performance of sections and units under supervision.
Establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning / forecasting; measuring actual performance against goals on regular basis
Supervising controlling the supply chain function in the company including planning as well as continually reviewing the whole logistics cycle and attending to its development and enhancement.
Supervising the coordination between all Distribution Centers, Warehouses, and Stores in all countries and regions
Designing procedures that maintain the optimal inventory levels and reduce the dead stock and damages
Overseeing Planning function and ensure the high level of coordination between this Section and all other related functions in the company.

عن العمل

المسؤوليات:

• تشخيص سبب أي خلل وإصلاحه.
• التواصل مع قسم قطع الغيار للحصول على قطع الغيار المطلوبة.
• حفظ الأجزاء ووضع علامات عليها إذا كانت المهمة تحت الضمان أو إذا طلب العميل ذلك.
• فحص السيارة المخصصة لتحديد ما إذا كان هناك حاجة إلى المزيد من أعمال السلامة أو الخدمة أو التوصية بها.

وضع مقاييس ومعايير الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بتخطيط/التنبؤ بسلسلة التوريد؛ قياس الأداء الفعلي مقابل الأهداف بشكل منتظم
الإشراف على التحكم في وظيفة سلسلة التوريد في الشركة بما في ذلك التخطيط وكذلك المراجعة المستمرة للدورة اللوجستية بأكملها والاهتمام بتطويرها وتعزيزها.
