Maintenance Engineer

About the job

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our properties, repair activities of various equipment and facilities managed by the Facilities Maintenance department of Agility Logistics Parks. This role is responsible for ensuring work sites are maintained in compliant and safe conditions, and for overseeing the conduct and activity of employees and contractors on site. 

Your Responsibilities

Manage preventive and corrective services for chillers/refrigeration/freezers/HVAC; electrical work including panels and lighting; firefighting networks; civil works; plumbing, water, and waste water

Oversee general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and legal requirements

Perform analysis and forecasts for budgeting

Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

Create KPIs to gauge operations in terms of response time, efficiency, quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction

Create and manage a system for material procurement, storage, and dispatch based on bar code scanning and software

Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors

Respond to emergency maintenance calls and provide assistance during off-hours as needed

Ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and then develop and implement effective solutions

Provide technical guidance to site personnel and technicians

Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations; oversee and ensure housekeeping, maintenance, safety and security are carried out as per standard regulations and policies & procedures ; actively encourage safe working practices on site at all times 

Provide technical support for maintenance works and ongoing projects, and carry out the necessary supervision of execution

Committed to complying with various codes and regulatory standards for quality and safety

Senior Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Agility Logistics Parks, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of industrial construction projects, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Project Planning and Execution: 

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables, and taking proactive measures to address issues and risks.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the construction process.

 Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success and future business opportunities
