Responsibilities:

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that environmental requirements are established, implemented, and maintained across site activities, specifically including:
  • Identification and assessment of environmental aspects and impacts, including their review and updating.
  • Setting up environmental objectives, targets, and management programs.
  • Supporting HSEM in reviewing and updating site environmental plans/procedures when necessary.
  • Monitoring adherence to the project environmental policy and objectives, identifying potential non-compliances, and providing guidance for improvements.
  • Conducting environmental audits and inspections, and advising on remedial actions where necessary.
  • Monitoring and verifying the closeout of corrective actions arising from environmental audits.
  • Implementing Circular Economy principles by developing needed procedures, training, and task handling.
  • Implementing GHG reporting requirements and developing emission reduction programs.
  • Reporting periodically to project management on the performance of the project environmental management system.

Project Health Safety Environment Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE (in plant, no pipelines, no offshore).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ARAMCO.
• Minimum NEBOSH IGC.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as HSE Manager (previous ARAMCO approval would be preferential).

• الحد الأدنى من NEBOSH IGC.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات كمدير HSE (تفضيل الموافقة السابقة من ARAMCO).
