About the Job:
- Responsible for the safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse.
- Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required.
- Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouses.
- Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment/materials shipments from the warehouse.
- Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.

Job Purpose:
Assurance of the Maintenance Plan compliance through:
Key Functions:
- Elaboration of Mid-term and long-term projections of maintenance requirements.
- Confirm all requirements for mid- and long-term projections, including manpower, materials, tools, and facilities.
- Follow up and define engineering works required (checklists, VMI’s, VOI’s…).
- Monitor material for mid- and long-term projections.
- Develop delivery plans for preventative maintenance inspections and modifications, considering materials, staff, and required works.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on fleet performance and KPIs.
Contract Compliance Assurance:
- Compliance for preventative and corrective tasks.
