Workshop Maintenance Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Maintenance Manager at Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing downtime. Key responsibilities include scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring the equipment runs smoothly, coordinating with suppliers for parts, and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- At least 10 years of practical experience in heavy machinery and equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to plan, organize, and make necessary administrative decisions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ability to manage and organize the workshop effectively, supervising the team of technicians.
- Skilled in diagnosing faults and overseeing repairs in the shortest time and at minimal cost.
- Ability to prepare effective maintenance plans and schedule preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring the condition of working equipment on projects and ensuring continuous supply of necessary spare parts.
- Following up on vehicle license renewals and operational permits.
Workshop Manager
Role Description
The Workshop Manager will oversee and manage daily workshop operations at Al Rashid Trading & Contracting Company. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and working closely with engineering and technical teams to support project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in heavy machinery and equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong managerial and organizational skills, with the ability to ensure smooth operations and effective decision-making.
- Ability to manage project requests for vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring their optimal use and reallocation.
- Supervisory experience in managing a team of technicians and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and security standards.
- Experience in preparing effective maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ability to prepare and submit periodic reports on equipment status to senior management.
- Experience in supervising vehicle logistics, driver management, and ensuring compliance with driving protocols.
- Monitoring and ensuring the timely renewal of vehicle licenses and operational permits.

هذا الدور بدوام كامل في الموقع لشركة الرشيد للتجارة والمقاولات. سيكون المدير مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على صيانة الآليات والمعدات الثقيلة، وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة. تشمل المهام اليومية جدولة الأعمال الصيانة، ضمان تشغيل المعدات بكفاءة، التنسيق مع الموردين للحصول على القطع، وإدارة فريق من الفنيين.
المؤهلات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الإنتاجية.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة وإصلاح الآليات والمعدات الثقيلة.
- مهارات إدارية قوية تشمل القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم واتخاذ القرارات لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- القدرة على إدارة وتنظيم ورشة العمل والإشراف على فريق الفنيين بفعالية.
- القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال والإشراف على إصلاحها في أقصر وقت وأقل تكلفة.
- القدرة على إعداد خطط صيانة فعالة وجدولة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية.
- متابعة حالة المعدات في المشاريع وتأمين القطع المستهلكة لها بصفة مستمرة.
- متابعة تجديد رخص السير ورخص التشغيل للمركبات.
مدير ورشة
وصف الوظيفة
سيكون مدير الورشة مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات اليومية في الورشة، تنسيق الأنشطة الصيانة، إدارة المخزون والإمدادات، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة. سيعمل عن كثب مع الفرق الهندسية والفنية لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع.
المؤهلات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الإنتاجية.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15 سنة في صيانة وإصلاح الآليات والمعدات الثقيلة.
- مهارات إدارية قوية، تشمل القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- القدرة على إعداد قوائم طلبات المشاريع من سيارات ومعدات وآليات وإعادة توزيعها بشكل أمثل.
- القدرة على إدارة وتنظيم ورشة العمل والإشراف على الفريق الفني.
- القدرة على إعداد خطط صيانة فعالة وجدولة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة المعدات وتقديمها للإدارة العليا.
- القدرة على الإشراف على تجهيز لوازم حركة المركبات وضمان توفير مستلزماتها.
- الإشراف على مراقبة سرعة الشاحنات واتباع السائقين لتعليمات القيادة.
- متابعة تجديد رخص السير ورخص التشغيل للمركبات.
