Ice Cream CSP Assistant Manager - KSA

JOB PURPOSE 

This is an opportunity to join the Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P) Arabia Ice Cream team, focusing on improving both internal and external performance through the lenses of business-winning competitiveness and P&L improvement, delivering increased shareholder value in Saudi Arabia Ice Cream business. Critically, this role is about building insights (based on data) and developing in-depth, aligned cross-functional action plans to contribute positively to the business performance. The role will complement the operational delivery of the commercial plan.

The role will interact with many other functions to turn data into insights and, in turn, into clear action plans. In a new position, the successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to help shape the scope of the role, which will, to an extent, evolve and develop as we go. This role reports to the MET CS&P Lead for Ice Cream and will work closely with Customer Business Development (CBD) and distributor sales teams, as well as other teams such as NRM and Category Management, Finance, and Marketing. There is also the opportunity to interact regularly with many senior cross-functional partners, including the MET IC GM.

Executive Digital Commerce - Strategic Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities

Account/customer management- build, negotiate and execute JBP with eCommerce customers.

Drive the JBP /JBP Agenda with the Retailers and have Plans for eCommerce within customers plans.

Identify Key Categories to win online via exclusive portfolio, offerings, and marketing plans.

Work closely with the Digital Hub team and cross functional teams to build eCommerce excellence.

Lead the cross-cluster processes with scalable capability models and deliver best practices.

Ownership of the Customer / Channel P&L.

Primary KPIs of the role are; Turnover / Turnover Growth, Market Share, availability, visibility (search performance) and eCOM content deployment with customers
