Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineer
About the job
Responsible for maintaining the reliability and technical integrity of rotating equipment assets in the assigned plant area, leading a team of engineers and condition monitoring technicians. Provide technical support to operations, reliability strategies and maintenance activities, including performance assessment, trouble shooting, failure investigation and development of recommendations. Develop report and analyze asset key performance indicators including the improvement action plans. Review condition monitoring programs reports (offline and online systems).
Engineer, Loss Prevention
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Involve and assist in the development and implementation of Process Safety Management system.
Participate and lead HAZOP study and other safety related reviews and pursue the Management Handshakes.
Track and verify the process of HAZOP actions implementations.
Communicate and coordinate with other relevant companies and regulatory bodies. Responsible for compliance of all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
Quantify LOPC amounts and advise to classify Process safety incidents
Assist in preparation of Risk / Process / Fire / Functional safety related studies and workshops. Also train subordinate as and when needed.
Develop and monitor process safety leading and lagging indicators and communicate performance during monthly CHSSE.
Perform process safety field observation (PSFO) to identify issues and improvements to ensure SASREF facilities compliant with process safety fundamentals.
Sr. Process Engineer (Distillation)
Key Accountabilities:
Provide professional engineering advice and technical expertise to support development and optimization of unit operational plans.
Provide professional engineering advice, technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to operation department of the assign unit (s).
Provide relevant information and advice to support the development of a sound business plan.
Monitor operating parameters and provide guidance to ensure unit operations within specified IOW/Operating limits.
Provides technical input for advanced process control applications to enhance operation of the unit.
Issue monthly operating performance report highlighting the KPI’s, analysis and performance improvement recommendations.
Ability to handle and lead Process Safety Activities (PHA’s) as a self-directed individual
Operational Excellence Analyst
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Compete the MIND SET milestone by conducting lean six-sigma training to all Managers and Managers mines one and build robust “lean six sigma” knowledge and culture at SASREF by providing green, yellow and black belts of “lean six sigma” as needed.
Identify and implement various improvements projects of “lean six sigma”.
Conduct Training Sessions on the alignment, engagements process of the Operational Excellence.
Prepare plan for process improvement projects based on demand for the coming years.
Work with teams of deploying the in-house operational excellence system to line the organizational, this include the providing the coaching, implementation stage and assessment methodology.
Coach teams for visualization, problem solving and the standard work.
Promote “Operational Excellence” through daily passion for continues improvement and the constant elimination of eight wastes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager/supervisor.
