Accountant Payable and Receivable
About the Job
Purpose
Maintains accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory using documents to verify, record, and process transactions. Must prepare relevant reports on certain financial activity and for finance-related problem-solving needs including bank statement reconciliation or accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensures invoices are processed on time, efficiently and within the correct codes.
- Manages payments within the agreed supplier payment terms and ensures regular supplier reconciliations are carried out.
- Processes and records transactions for petty cash and credit cards.
- Manages employee-related benefits payments and expense reimbursements.
- Maintains prepayment and accrual schedules and ensures that releases of recurring invoices are made each month.
- Obtains information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
- Works with the supply chain department to review accounts, follow up on outstanding advances and clear pending items in GR/IR accounts.
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending payment reminders, and filing paperwork, etc.
- Generates reports and statements for internal use.
- Assists with the month-end closing process and audits.
- Responds to suppliers’ day-to-day queries and requests.
- Ensures suppliers’ bank details are updated in the system.
- Tidies and uploads the documentation of posting from Payable and Receivable, being responsible for the accounting archives management.
- Performs any other work assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance & Accounting with 3+ years of work experience.
- Hands-on experience in Manufacturing as an Accounting Specialist in a large manufacturing company or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in Arabic and English.
- A solid working knowledge of computer programs such as Windows, Word, Excel, etc. is required.
Reliability Engineer
Position Summary
Purpose
To provide Reliability Engineering support to the operations and maintenance teams during the entire lifecycle of the plant’s major equipment, analyzing their performances, operative conditions, and boundaries, in order to guarantee reliable and safe operations of all facilities under JIGPC in Jazan, Saudi Arabia.
Nature & Scope
Properly functioning equipment and systems are critical to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant. As a member of the Plant Reliability Engineering team, the Reliability Engineer will interact routinely with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering personnel to provide “hands-on” field-engineering & troubleshooting support, instructions, and technical guidance related to the site’s equipment and assets. The position emphasizes teamwork, communications, organization, change management, work process optimization, planning, leadership, and hands-on technical skills with comprehensive knowledge across engineering disciplines.
Principal Accountabilities
- Engineering:
- Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis and event investigations.
- Guide and train team members in the conduct of simple event investigations that do not require complex RCA.
- Calculate and report asset reliability KPIs, analyze gaps, and generate action plans to close gaps.
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance strategies and checks, along with predictive maintenance strategies and operation-based maintenance checks.
- Facilitate and manage all reliability programs.
- Develop asset life strategies.
- Utilize knowledge and familiarity with international standards to improve equipment performance.
- Implement the best-in-class solutions as foreseen by international standards and other internal company standards.
- Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives and upgrading programs.
- Propose changes in operating modes or technological improvements, or maintenance strategies implementation, in order to support the company vision of continuous improvement through collaboration and people conversation.
Job Requirements
- Engineering graduate with >8 years of relevant experience in chemical/refinery/gas plant maintenance/inspection/engineering.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Oil and Gas and Refining Industries (API, ISA, NEC/IEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.), preferably also Saudi Aramco standards and working practices.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis, with experience in the use of various RCA tools and methods.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, resiliency, and collaborative abilities.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Strong technical background in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical (Fixed and Rotating).
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, or Electrical).
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous job experience as Reliability Engineer.
Power System Automation (PSA) & Power Management System (PMS) Engineer
About the Job
Principal Accountabilities
- Engineering:
- Provide Power systems engineering technical input and task leadership across various areas.
- Lead in the provision of engineering evaluation & determinations, issue technical direction & guidance, and oversee inspection & quality assurance initiatives for all power systems & equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, repair, and test activities.
- Lead in the provision of engineering support & guidance during the construction & commissioning of the plants. Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives.
- Lead in the development of detailed engineering specifications (including sizing calculations) for the procurement of Instrument & Controls systems components and equipment.
- Lead in the provision of engineering input for development and maintenance of power systems & equipment standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts, and contractor selection guidelines.
- Implement and maintain compliance with all Critical Safety Circuits (CSS), Safety Integrity Levels (SIL), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) implementation and revalidation programs.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and test activities for the plant’s PSA & PMS system.
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive risk-based inspection and calibration program for all power systems & equipment.
- Establish & maintain a relationship with the local inspection bureau, maintain relevant statutory, regulatory, technology standards, and code information consistent with JIGPC plant operational objectives.
- Establish & maintain compliance with all company and local regulations.
- Employ appropriate project development and project management activities (including scope, budget, schedule, execution strategies, risk plans, cost collection/reporting, etc.) for the execution of all projects and turnaround activities.
- Promote an atmosphere of team spirit through good example, open communication, good listening, and timely problem resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability, and cost of quality goals.
- Establish & maintain relationships with regional Instrument & Controls systems & equipment suppliers.
- Foster and support positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Participate at professional association meetings to determine best practices being used in the industry and apply them to our power systems & equipment.
- Support, mentor, and develop local PSA & PMS engineers.
Job Requirements
- Engineering graduate (BSEE preferred) with >10 years of relevant experience in chemical/refinery/gas plant maintenance/inspection/engineering.
- Experience in Front end Loading engineering project development.
- Experience in design, engineering, and commissioning of Power Automation system (PSA) and Power Management System (PMS).
- Experience with Copa Data Zenon Energy Software Human Machine Interface (HMI).
- Experience with SEL products and software.
- Experience with Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) configuration, communication & troubleshooting.
