CPV Arabia is a Risk Control and Technical Inspection service provider that has operated for over 50 years. Our services are ideally suited to our customer’s needs, thanks to the confluence of French experience and knowledge of building systems and processes provided by our technical team in Saudi Arabia.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp messages
Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Coordinating and communicating with the inspection and design review departments.
Understanding or ability to quickly identify customer service problems.
Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products and services.
Qualifications & Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience as a Customer Service Representative with a strong track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Arabic and English are required.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Fresh Graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع لممثل خدمة العملاء الموجود في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون ممثل خدمة العملاء مسؤولاً عن تقديم دعم عملاء ممتاز لعملائنا، وضمان رضا العملاء من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات بسرعة وفعالية.
المسؤوليات:
التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء من خلال المكالمات ورسائل الواتس اب
تأكد من التعامل مع جميع استفسارات العملاء بسرعة وكفاءة.
تصعيد الاستفسارات المعقدة أو التي لم يتم حلها إلى الفريق أو المشرف المناسب.
التنسيق والتواصل مع أقسام التفتيش ومراجعة التصميم.
الفهم أو القدرة على تحديد مشاكل خدمة العملاء بسرعة.
التحسين المستمر للمعرفة بمنتجات الشركة وخدماتها.
المؤهلات والمهارات / القدرات المطلوبة:
الخبرة كممثل لخدمة العملاء مع سجل حافل في تقديم مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين
القدرة على التعاطف مع العملاء وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية
العربية والإنجليزية مطلوبة.
يتقن استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
يفضل أن يكون حديث التخرج أو الدبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في المجال ذي الصلة.
