Job Summary

Implement different talent interventions to deploy across the firm, including induction & onboarding, succession planning, learning, graduate and talent development programs.

Roles and Responsabilites

Execute and implement the talent professional programs that align with the business strategy in collaboration with the Talent Management Team. 

Execute and implement different talent initiatives & programs catering for the behavioral competencies that enable employees to drive performance and productivity effectively. 

Talent Attraction Specialist

Roles and Responsabilites

Identify hiring needs with the Talent attraction manager & stakeholders to design internship programs. 

Assist in handling college/University career fairs to attract and interact with students and recent graduates. 

Design and develop fresh graduate programs and manage the overall co-op programs including the management of the budget. 

Assist in creating a strong employer brand, developing effective recruitment strategies, and leveraging various channels to attract the best candidates. 

Support the design and implementation of Talent mobility programs. 

Establish and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions. 

Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager. 

Assume the authorities assigned to him/her. 

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.

المساعدة في إنشاء علامة تجارية قوية لصاحب العمل، وتطوير استراتيجيات التوظيف الفعالة، والاستفادة من القنوات المختلفة لجذب أفضل المرشحين. 

دعم تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تنقل المواهب. 

إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية الأخرى. 

أداء واجبات أخرى ضمن النطاق كما تم تعيينها من قبل مدير الأداء الخاص به. 

تولي الصلاحيات الموكلة إليه.
