About the job
Position Summary
SMP Vendor Specialist is responsible for effectively managing the engagement and performance of manpower contractors or temporary staffing agencies to fulfill the workforce requirements of the company. He plays a critical role in ensuring that the company has the necessary manpower to meet commissioning, start up and operational objectives while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintenance Planner
B. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Scope the normal/major maintenance work orders to identify the parts, tools, skills, time and cost to complete maintenance activities.
2. Review of drawings, specifications, etc., to determine scope of work, required content of estimate, and prepare time and cost estimates, planning preparing bids, and determining whether the work is classified as capital or non-capital.
3. Prepare detailed lists of planned work and discuss with Maintenance Leads and the Maintenance Scheduler.
4. Review the master schedule and backlog with Production, Maintenance Leads and the Maintenance scheduler to ensure that all scheduled work is planned and materials & equipment are available for work execution.

The JIGPC Facility is a significant investment and includes “State of the Art” technology to achieve the required efficiency and reliability of operations. The complex runs on a continuous basis and there is a strong emphasis of high reliability and high efficiency with contractual penalties for underperformance. The business and risk analyst position is a strategic role whose input works to achieve long-term business sustainability.
Principal Accountabilities
Collaborate across the organization to identify risks and opportunities within the business.
Support risk owners in identifying Most Probable Worst Case Scenario and evaluates its severity.
Feed opportunities into the business planning process to improve reliability, lower risk, decrease cost, or meet statutory requirements. Work with Risk Owners to identify mitigations to reduce risk, including diversification, capital investment, and currency exchanges.
