Executive Manager – Program, Risk & Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the department's data analytics capabilities, managing risk-related projects, and conducting in-depth risk analysis. This role reports directly to the VP - Audit and Risk and collaborates with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and compliance leadership to enhance the department's data analytics capabilities.

Analyze complex data to identify anomalies, trends, and risks, and provide practical insights to improve internal controls.

Prepare documentation and analytic dashboards/reports, summarizing results, analysis, and conclusions for stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and formulate mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's interests.

Communicate data requirements and ensure the department has access to necessary source information, understanding the data's relationship to business processes.

المدير التنفيذي - البرنامج والمخاطر والإدارة يلعب محلل الأعمال دورًا محوريًا في تعزيز قدرات تحليل بيانات القسم وإدارة المشاريع المتعلقة بالمخاطر وإجراء تحليل متعمق للمخاطر. يقدم هذا الدور تقاريره مباشرة إلى نائب الرئيس - التدقيق والمخاطر ويتعاون مع فرق مختلفة عبر المنظمة.

المهام الأساسية:

التعاون مع قيادة التدقيق الداخلي والمخاطر والامتثال لتعزيز قدرات تحليل البيانات في القسم.

تحليل البيانات المعقدة لتحديد الحالات الشاذة والاتجاهات والمخاطر، وتقديم رؤى عملية لتحسين الضوابط الداخلية.

قم بإعداد الوثائق ولوحات المعلومات / التقارير التحليلية وتلخيص النتائج والتحليل والاستنتاجات لأصحاب المصلحة.

التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتقييم تأثيرها وصياغة استراتيجيات التخفيف لحماية مصالح المنظمة.
