Contract Trainer - Digital Forensics Training

About the job

The Contract Trainer is responsible for training delivery of digital intelligence training classes for law enforcement, government, and corporate students in various classroom settings around the world. This position will have a strong emphasis on delivering instructor-led and virtual courses, classroom management, and delivering synchronous web-based classes at a high level of proficiency to a broad commercial audience with varying levels of forensic skills, training, and abilities. Candidates who wish to be considered for this position must obtain the required credentials by demonstrating their

 instructional skills. The Contract Trainer should possess a minimum of two years of experience presenting and teaching forensic tools and methodology in a commercial, government, or academic setting. The trainer must be highly proficient with industry standard forensic tools and methodology and preferably would possess one or more current industry standard forensic certifications. Preferred candidates will possess practical, real-world experience in conducting computer forensic and/or mobile device forensic investigation in criminal matters and testifying in courts of law about these digital

 examinations. Additionally, due to the support our customer’s needs, qualified candidates must be willing to undergo a background investigation and/or a suitability assessment. Contract Trainers must be familiar with forensic best practices in using the hardware and software in an organized way to acquire and analyze evidence. The Contract Trainer should also possess a working knowledge of relevant legal concepts such as chain of custody, best evidence rule, plain view doctrine, search and seizure issues at a practical level and required levels of proof such as probable cause, beyond reasonable doubt and similar relevant topics surrounding forensics.

 

Qualifications:

·       At least 10-year experience in Mobile Forensics Investigation

·       Industry Certifications in Mobile Forensics like MobilEdit, Oxygen, Cellebrite, Belkasoft, Hancom, Detego, etc...

 with hands-on knowledge and experience in Chip-off / ISP / JTAG.

·       At least two years of experience as a Traner in Digital Forensics for international audiences.

·       Former Sworn Law Enforcement / Military Official with more than 5 years of experience is an advantage.

يعد Contract Trainer مسؤولاً عن تقديم التدريب لفصول التدريب على الذكاء الرقمي لطلاب إنفاذ القانون والحكومة والشركات في مختلف الفصول الدراسية حول العالم. سيركز هذا المنصب بشدة على تقديم الدورات الافتراضية التي يقودها المعلم، وإدارة الفصول الدراسية، وتقديم دروس متزامنة على شبكة الإنترنت بمستوى عالٍ من الكفاءة لجمهور تجاري واسع بمستويات مختلفة من مهارات الطب الشرعي والتدريب والقدرات. يجب على المرشحين الذين يرغبون في النظر في هذا المنصب الحصول على أوراق الاعتماد المطلوبة من خلال إظهار مؤهلاتهم

 المهارات التعليمية. يجب أن يمتلك المدرب المتعاقد ما لا يقل عن عامين من الخبرة في تقديم وتدريس أدوات ومنهجيات الطب الشرعي في بيئة تجارية أو حكومية أو أكاديمية. يجب أن يكون المدرب ماهرًا للغاية في استخدام أدوات ومنهجية الطب الشرعي القياسية في الصناعة ويفضل أن يمتلك واحدة أو أكثر من شهادات الطب الشرعي القياسية الحالية في الصناعة. سوف يمتلك المرشحون المفضلون خبرة عملية وواقعية في إجراء تحقيقات الطب الشرعي للكمبيوتر و/أو الأجهزة المحمولة في المسائل الجنائية والإدلاء بشهادتهم في المحاكم حول هذه الأجهزة الرقمية.

 الامتحانات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نظرًا لدعم احتياجات عملائنا، يجب أن يكون المرشحون المؤهلون على استعداد للخضوع لتحقيق في الخلفية و/أو تقييم الملاءمة. يجب أن يكون المدربون المتعاقدون على دراية بأفضل ممارسات الطب الشرعي في استخدام الأجهزة والبرامج بطريقة منظمة للحصول على الأدلة وتحليلها. يجب أن يمتلك مدرب العقود أيضًا معرفة عملية بالمفاهيم القانونية ذات الصلة مثل سلسلة الحراسة، وقاعدة أفضل الأدلة، ومبدأ الرؤية الواضحة، وقضايا البحث والمصادرة على المستوى العملي ومستويات الإثبات المطلوبة مثل السبب المحتمل، دون أدنى شك معقول وما شابه ذلك. المواضيع ذات الصلة المحيطة بالطب الشرعي.

 

مؤهلات:

· خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تحقيقات الطب الشرعي المتنقلة

· شهادات صناعية في مجال الطب الشرعي للأجهزة المحمولة مثل MobilEdit وOxygen وCellebrite وBelkasoft وHancom وDetego وما إلى ذلك...

 مع المعرفة والخبرة العملية في Chip-off / ISP / JTAG.

· ما لا يقل عن عامين من الخبرة كمدرب في الطب الشرعي الرقمي للجمهور الدولي.

· يعد مسؤول إنفاذ القانون / المسؤول العسكري السابق الذي يتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات ميزة.
