Sr. Architect Engineer
Job Description
Executes all necessary design and engineering activities required for the production of the Engineering deliverables relevant to the Architectural discipline under minimal supervision:
- Concepts, designs, calculations and selections of equipment/materials required.
- Coordination of works with other relevant disciplines (i.e. mechanical, electrical, architectural, communications, etc.) to ensure compatibility throughout the designs;
- Carry-out project site inspections and report findings, as and when required.
- Supervises the production, checking the quality and accuracy of drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produces and updates Operations & Maintenance Manuals and as-built drawings.
- Estimates Man-Hours required for the project.
· Provides discipline support to the Projects / Site Personnel i.e. in analyzing architectural problems, if required.
Carry-out site inspections, site surveys at the project sites and/or potential project sites and report findings as required.
Monitors the performance against time and quality of engineering related work done by Design- and Engineering Subcontractors, follow-up and coordinate areas of concern, analyze trends and report.
Manages, trains, leads, motivates and monitors the performance of staff under his supervision to ensure timely execution of their activities.
Ensures that Procedures and Work Instructions are followed and that quality standards are met.
Provides technical support to tenders and proposals.
Performs other tasks as may be required.

المسمى الوظيفي
ينفذ جميع أنشطة التصميم والهندسة اللازمة لإنتاج المخرجات الهندسية ذات الصلة بالانضباط المعماري تحت الحد الأدنى من الإشراف:
- المفاهيم والتصاميم والحسابات واختيار المعدات / المواد المطلوبة.
- تنسيق الأعمال مع التخصصات الأخرى ذات الصلة (أي الميكانيكية والكهربائية والمعمارية والاتصالات وغيرها) لضمان التوافق في جميع التصاميم.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش على موقع المشروع وتقديم تقرير بالنتائج، عند الاقتضاء.
- يشرف على الإنتاج والتحقق من جودة ودقة الرسومات باستخدام برنامج أوتوكاد.
- إنتاج وتحديث أدلة التشغيل والصيانة والرسومات المضمنة.
- تقديرات ساعات العمل المطلوبة للمشروع.
· يوفر الدعم الانضباطي للمشاريع / موظفي الموقع، أي في تحليل المشاكل المعمارية، إذا لزم الأمر.
إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع ومسوحات للموقع في مواقع المشروع و/أو مواقع المشروع المحتملة وتقديم تقرير بالنتائج كما هو مطلوب.
يراقب الأداء مقابل الوقت وجودة الأعمال الهندسية ذات الصلة التي يقوم بها مقاولو التصميم والهندسة من الباطن، ومتابعة وتنسيق مجالات الاهتمام، وتحليل الاتجاهات وإعداد التقارير.
يدير ويدرب ويقود ويحفز ويراقب أداء الموظفين تحت إشرافه لضمان تنفيذ أنشطتهم في الوقت المناسب.
يضمن اتباع الإجراءات وتعليمات العمل واستيفاء معايير الجودة.
يقدم الدعم الفني للمناقصات والمقترحات.
يؤدي مهام أخرى قد تكون مطلوبة.
