Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist located in Dammam. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel files, administering employee benefits, and providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits programs, and HR management principles

Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines

Experience working in the IT industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred
