 HR Operations Specialist

• In charge of the resident/work permit process (Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.) and ensure all visas and permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Provide support to other departments when necessary.
• Arrange for different types of permits (work permit, Site Accesses/ Gate passes, etc…)
• Process the requests from operations in regard to IDs, permits & gate passes from clients & government agencies, such as, Aramco & Zawil and keep track of them.
• Resolve employee-related issues and queries that related to administration affairs.

Safety Technician

•  Responsible for maintaining a safe environment when drilling through H2S, responsible for advising on safer practices when dealing with H2S and general safety.
• Installs, inspects, repairs, and tests fire equipment, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.
• Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and corrective action as well as recommendations to customer.
• Performs receipt, inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembling and testing of various SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and other respiratory equipment and breathing air equipment in accordance with approved testing and service procedures.
• Takes care in use of all sites specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

HR Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience plus 2 years in a managerial role.
• Must be a Saudi national. 
• Previous experience in upstream operations activities is required. 
• English proficiency is a must.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Effective Communication & Reporting.
• Flexibility & Adaptability.
• Initiative and proactive approach to resolving issues

 أخصائي عمليات الموارد البشرية

• المسؤول عن عملية تصريح الإقامة / العمل (جدولة تأشيرة الموظفين، والطبية، والتنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والخارجية الأخرى) والتأكد من تحديث جميع التأشيرات والتصاريح وترتيب التجديد في الوقت المناسب.
• تقديم الدعم للأقسام الأخرى عند الضرورة.
• ترتيب أنواع مختلفة من التصاريح (تصريح العمل، دخول الموقع/تصاريح البوابة، إلخ ...)
• معالجة الطلبات الواردة من العمليات فيما يتعلق بالهويات والتصاريح وتصاريح الدخول من العملاء والهيئات الحكومية، مثل أرامكو وزاويل، وتتبعها.
• حل مشاكل الموظفين والاستفسارات المتعلقة بشئون الإدارة.

فني السلامة

•  المسؤول عن الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة عند الحفر عبر H2S، والمسؤول عن تقديم المشورة بشأن الممارسات الأكثر أمانًا عند التعامل مع H2S والسلامة العامة.
• يقوم بتثبيت وفحص وإصلاح واختبار معدات مكافحة الحرائق ومعدات الاختبار الهيدروستاتيكي وأجهزة المراقبة.
• يجري عمليات تفتيش بصرية مفصلة واختبارات وظيفية للنظام لمختلف الأنظمة والمعدات لغرض الإبلاغ عن أي أوجه قصور والإجراءات التصحيحية بالإضافة إلى التوصيات للعميل.
• يقوم باستلام وفحص وتنظيف وصيانة وإعادة تجميع واختبار أجهزة SCBA المختلفة (جهاز التنفس الذاتي) وغيرها من معدات التنفس ومعدات هواء التنفس وفقًا لإجراءات الاختبار والخدمة المعتمدة.
• يحرص على استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) الخاصة بكل موقع ومرافق والعملاء.

مدير الموارد البشرية

• - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها.
• حد أدنى 8 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة بالإضافة إلى سنتين في دور إداري.
• - يجب أن يكون مواطنًا سعوديًا. 
• يشترط الخبرة السابقة في أنشطة العمليات الأولية. 
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية أمر ضروري.
• كفاءة عالية في استخدام برنامج Excel.
• التواصل الفعال وإعداد التقارير.
• المرونة والقدرة على التكيف.
• المبادرة والنهج الاستباقي لحل القضايا
