Job Description

Retailo Technologies is seeking a dedicated and experienced National Fleet Manager to oversee the management and optimization of the company's entire fleet of vehicles. The National Fleet Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Fleet Management:

Manage and oversee Retailo's entire fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles.

Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, safe, and in optimal working condition at all times.

Implement efficient route planning and tracking systems to maximize delivery efficiency.

2- Safety and Compliance:

Uphold and enforce safety and regulatory standards for all fleet operations.

Conduct regular safety training for drivers and other fleet personnel.

Ensure all vehicles are compliant with legal requirements and perform regular safety

المهام الأساسية:

1- إدارة الأسطول:

إدارة والإشراف على أسطول مركبات Retailo بالكامل، بما في ذلك الشاحنات والشاحنات الصغيرة ومركبات التوصيل.

تأكد من صيانة الأسطول بشكل جيد وآمن وفي حالة عمل مثالية في جميع الأوقات.

تنفيذ أنظمة تخطيط وتتبع فعالة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من كفاءة التسليم.

2- السلامة والامتثال:

دعم وإنفاذ معايير السلامة والمعايير التنظيمية لجميع عمليات الأسطول.
