Job Purpose

Area of Knowledge:

Reinsurance knowledge of facultative, treaty, proportional and non-proportional arrangements.

Excellent written/email communicator and maintain relationships with all stakeholders internal and external.

Customer Service Officer

Brief Description:

A role centered on responding to customer inquiries with efficiency and timeliness. by providing an outstanding experience for customers, improve customer retention and lead acquisition. 

Qualification & Experience Required:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

Main Accountability:

A) Compliance

Act as focal point for liaison with regulators, coordinate regulatory visits.

Maintaining an effective compliance program for KSA in line with local regulations and GIG program including identifying compliance risks and potential areas of compliance vulnerability for the company and supporting management in implementing measures and setting controls to mitigate the risks identified

Monitor regulatory updates from SAMA, CCHI, CMA and other regulators as applicable and communicate to relevant staff.

Prepare periodic reports to the Compliance Manager on the status of compliance with regulation and regulatory matters.

الحفاظ على برنامج امتثال فعال للمملكة العربية السعودية بما يتماشى مع اللوائح المحلية وبرنامج GIG بما في ذلك تحديد مخاطر الامتثال والمجالات المحتملة لضعف الامتثال للشركة ودعم الإدارة في تنفيذ التدابير ووضع الضوابط للتخفيف من المخاطر المحددة

مراقبة التحديثات التنظيمية من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي وCCHI وCMA والجهات التنظيمية الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء وإبلاغ الموظفين المعنيين.

إعداد تقارير دورية لمدير الالتزام عن حالة الالتزام باللوائح والمسائل التنظيمية.
