About the job

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced "Quality Consultant" with expertise in ISO standards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Total Quality Management, or a related field.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Total Quality Management and ISO standards.

Certified ISO Professional.

Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English languages.

Experience in quality assurance services and studies.

Practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Experience in providing consultancy services.

Experience in the public sector.

Experience in performance evaluation and beneficiary service metrics.

Strong understanding of report preparation procedures and key performance indicators.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in designing beneficiary journeys based on best practices.

Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.

Effective analytical and planning skills, along with crisis management abilities.

Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Strong monitoring and evaluation skills.

نحن نبحث حاليًا عن "استشاري جودة" مؤهل وذو خبرة عالية ولديه خبرة في معايير ISO للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المثالي حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو إدارة الجودة الشاملة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

متطلبات:

– خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومعايير ISO.

شهادة الأيزو الاحترافية.

إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

- خبرة في خدمات ودراسات ضمان الجودة.

الخبرة العملية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

خبرة في تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية.

خبرة في القطاع العام.

خبرة في تقييم الأداء ومقاييس خدمة المستفيدين.

فهم قوي لإجراءات إعداد التقرير ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.

الكفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office.

خبرة في تصميم رحلات المستفيدين بناءً على أفضل الممارسات.

مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وتوجيه الحلول.

مهارات تحليلية وتخطيطية فعالة، إلى جانب قدرات إدارة الأزمات.
