Fitout Site Engineer
- Deliver 5-7 small-scale fitout and home renovation projects each month with a 5-star rating experience
- Own the project deliverables during the execution phase
- Validate & review BOQs, drawings (2D & 3D), and site condition before project kick-off
- Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks, if any, and resolve the same with the Designers
- Prepare project plan and align customer, designer, and contractor
- Coordinate with the Contractor and ensure that the right resources are assigned to get the work done at the right time
- Audit the quality of work by doing regular site inspections
- Coordinate with Brands (eg IKEA, Ashley) for furniture products delivery once the on-site services work is completed
- Coordinate and resolve issues/dependencies, if any, with the concerned stakeholder (Customer, Designer, Contractors, Brands, etc)
- Engage the Customer throughout the execution phase
- Explain the project plan and week-wise deliverables at the start of the project
- Send progress reports periodically
- Proactively update the customer about any dependencies at their end
- Proactively update the customer in case of any delays or changes in the plan
Associate Project Manager
- Lead a team of 6-8 Site Engineers to deliver 50-75 home renovation projects monthly, ensuring timely completion, meeting customer needs, and maintaining quality standards for a 5-star rating experience.
- Review project status with Site Engineers, offering assistance and coaching to troubleshoot problems and dependencies.
- Solicit feedback from customers to gauge their experience during project execution and proactively address any grievances.
- Drive adherence to service delivery norms, processes, and SOPs to institutionalize best practices.
- Conduct surprise site audits to assess work quality and compliance with SOPs, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performance team to achieve project objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and SOPs to enhance customer service.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Project management professional with 4-6 years of overall experience, including a minimum of two years in team management, ideally with consulting experience at firms like JLL, Savills, etc.
- Engineering degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management preferred.
- Process-driven with quick problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Technical knowledge of building materials.
- Demonstrated high level of ownership and learning aptitude.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory. Should be able to communicate in English.
