Role Description

This is a full-time on-site telecom role located in Jiddah. The Telecom Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing telecommunications systems and networks, providing technical support, and overseeing the maintenance of existing systems. The Telecom Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing telecommunications data and recommending improvements to enhance performance and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in telecommunications engineering, planning, and/or operations

Knowledge of network design, implementation, and administration of telecommunications systems, technologies, and protocols (MPLS, Ethernet, SONET, IP, etc.)

Experience with routers, switches, and other telecommunications hardware/software (Juniper, Cisco, etc.)

Proficient with network performance/analysis tools and systems

Knowledge of network security concepts and best practices (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications/Computer Engineering or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Arabic

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines

هذا دور اتصالات في الموقع بدوام كامل يقع في جدة. سيكون أخصائي الاتصالات مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة وشبكات الاتصالات، وتوفير الدعم الفني، والإشراف على صيانة الأنظمة الحالية.

 سيكون أخصائي الاتصالات مسؤولاً أيضًا عن تحليل بيانات الاتصالات والتوصية بالتحسينات لتحسين الأداء وتقليل وقت التوقف عن العمل.

مؤهلات

• أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة الاتصالات و/أو التخطيط و/أو العمليات
• المعرفة بتصميم الشبكات وتنفيذها وإدارتها لأنظمة وتقنيات وبروتوكولات الاتصالات (MPLS وEthernet وSONET وIP وما إلى ذلك)
• خبرة في استخدام أجهزة التوجيه والمحولات وأجهزة/برامج الاتصالات الأخرى (Juniper وCisco وما إلى ذلك)
• - يتقن أدوات وأنظمة أداء / تحليل الشبكة
• المعرفة بمفاهيم أمان الشبكة وأفضل الممارسات (جدران الحماية، VPN، IDS/IPS، إلخ.)
• درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية / الإلكترونيات / الاتصالات / هندسة الكمبيوتر أو مجال ذي صلة
• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة، باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
• القدرة على تحليل المشاكل التقنية المعقدة وتطوير الحلول
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق، وإدارة مهام متعددة، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
