Transportation Specialist

• Prepare monthly inbound forecasts for all brands based on vehicle flow.
• Communicate forecast plans with transporters and the stockyard team, ensuring daily follow-up and flexible execution.
• Follow up with the clearance department for vehicles and equipment ETA and ATA arrivals.
• Distribute gate passes of shipments from custom clearance to transporters.
• Supervise scanning coordinators to ensure all vehicles are scanned during loading.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded in good condition and report any damage issues to concerned parties at the port.
• Ensure timely pullout of vehicles from ports to avoid penalties or demurrages.
• Coordinate with the stockyard receiving team to prepare for vehicle arrivals.

Senior Associate, IT Support

• Log and track support tickets and incidents.
• Maintain best practices in IT operations and service desk, like incidents, problems, and access management.
• Follow up with incidents and issues until user’s satisfaction.
• Build and administrate IT knowledge-based library.
• Patch servers and update operating systems and applications.
• Maintain IP telephones, CCTV camera and access control systems.
• Prepare and submit incidents reports to direct manager.
• Managing user accounts as per internal onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Work together with applications team to provide necessary support to business applications and investigate operational problems.
• Schedule servers’ backups.

Human Resources Specialist

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• إعداد توقعات واردة شهرية لجميع العلامات التجارية بناءً على تدفق المركبات.
• التواصل بشأن خطط التنبؤ مع الناقلين وفريق الحظيرة، وضمان المتابعة اليومية والتنفيذ المرن.
• متابعة قسم التخليص لوصول المركبات والمعدات ETA و ATA.
• توزيع تصاريح المرور الخاصة بالشحنات من الجمارك إلى الناقلين.
• الإشراف على منسقي المسح للتأكد من مسح جميع المركبات أثناء التحميل.
• تأكد من تحميل المركبات في حالة جيدة والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل تتعلق بالأضرار للأطراف المعنية في الميناء.
• ضمان سحب المركبات من الموانئ في الوقت المناسب لتجنب العقوبات أو غرامات التأخير.
• التنسيق مع فريق الاستلام في ساحة الماشية للتحضير لوصول المركبات.

زميل أول، دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• تسجيل وتتبع تذاكر الدعم والحوادث.
• الحفاظ على أفضل الممارسات في عمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومكتب الخدمة، مثل الحوادث والمشكلات وإدارة الوصول.
• متابعة الحوادث والقضايا حتى رضا المستخدم.
