About the job
Role Discerption:

Manage all activities related to obtaining goods or services from external suppliers; Select suppliers and negotiate prices; Manage supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Research new suppliers in order to obtain competitive market prices and complete the supplier onboarding and registration process.

Benchmark prices on a quarterly basis to review similar prices in the market.

Participate in building RFP with the evaluation criteria to be tendered.

Communicate with suppliers and service providers to acquire quotations to fulfil internal requests through sending official RFQs/ RFPs.

Receive purchasing requests ensuring alignment to annual plan, budget and stock availability.

التواصل مع الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات للحصول على عروض الأسعار لتلبية الطلبات الداخلية من خلال إرسال طلبات عروض الأسعار / طلبات تقديم العروض الرسمية.
