About the job
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-5 years functional experience with at least 2 years managerial experience in real estate management of mixed used master communities.

• Familiarity with modern database and property management software.

• MENA experience of large development and mixed-use operations experience preferred. 

• Excellent Administration and Reporting skills.

• Strong communication and customer services skills including Service Recovery 

• Proven capabilities with creative problem solving.

• Strong Teamwork commitment and effective coordination with other service lines.

• Self-motivated, caring, with a strong focus on customer services and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree – Property Management, Estate Management OR 5+ years’ experience

• Associate Member of relevant society, institute, or association preferred

• قدرات مثبتة في حل المشكلات بشكل إبداعي.

• التزام قوي بالعمل الجماعي والتنسيق الفعال مع خطوط الخدمة الأخرى.

• لديهم دوافع ذاتية، ورعاية، مع تركيز قوي على خدمات العملاء والتسليم.

• درجة البكالوريوس – إدارة الممتلكات، إدارة العقارات أو 5+ سنوات من الخبرة
