About the job

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor who will be responsible for day-to-day inventory management related to in-house activities at our Dammam site.

Role Accountabilities

Complete all required entries of the orders in customer connect system 

Reconcile/match the Customer Connect and JDE Orders

Maintain updated shipment schedule in Customer Connect

Accountable to obtain the dispatch /shipment documents from ministry.

Maintain the Logistics KPIs 

Manage other department/stake holders for the daily dispatch, shipment and SK/SI creation

HR Intern / Quality Control Intern / Procurement Intern (Supply Chain) / Finance Intern- Tamheer Program

Key Accountabilities:

Manage Distributor/Customer relationships through effective communication and representation

Deliver excellent service standards for distributors/customers and operations

Identify and manage sales opportunities in conjunction with the Sales Manager, overlooking contracts and managing distributor/customer performance by tracking against agreed metrics

Identifying new customers to grow Foodservice business

Unlock portfolio opportunities in-market by working closely and utilising in-market Chef's capability

Proactively generating new leads and increasing brand awareness in market

الحفاظ على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية اللوجستية 

إدارة الأقسام/أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين للإرسال والشحن وإنشاء SK/SI يوميًا

متدرب الموارد البشرية / متدرب مراقبة الجودة / متدرب المشتريات (سلسلة التوريد) / المتدرب المالي - برنامج تمهير
