Human Resources Administrator
About the job
We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our daa International Project Team in RSI to provide HR support, acting as a key collaborator in the delivery of all HR processes for our RSI project.
The HR Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations on our RSI project supporting key HR functions such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Administration and Government Relations. Regular tasks include updating the HR System, time and attendance management, processing employee paperwork, maintaining updated employee records, supporting the onboarding of local and international employees and ensuring all HR procedures are completed in a timely and reliable manner.
Airport Operations Control Centre Supervisor
Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate all airport operations, including air traffic, ground handling, security, and facility management.
Communicate with air traffic controllers, ground handlers, security personnel, and other airport stakeholders.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with all airport regulations and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all airport operations.
Prepare reports and presentations on airport operations.
Train and supervise other airport personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in aviation, airport management, or a related field, (preferred).
3+ years of experience in airport operations.
Strong understanding of airport regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- أكثر من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في عمليات المطار.
فهم قوي للوائح وإجراءات المطار.
اتصالات ممتازة ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط واتخاذ القرارات السريعة.
مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل.
