Collections Senior Specialist

About the job

Job Purpose: 

Documenting financial processes and presenting progress reports to Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Updates on-going basis the Cluster 2 OpCo’s financial accounts for the accounts AP&AR 

Keeps tracks of all payments and expenditures made or to be made or received including purchase orders, payroll, invoices, etc...

Performs accounts reconciliations when needed

Compiles and analyzes the data to ensure the coherence of the accounts payable and Receivable and possible improvements to the payment processes.

Collaborates with accounting and leads the effort to identify tax expenses and liabilities and ensures to account for them accurately in the financial records.

Follows up with the customers and suppliers to ensure our payments are received within the timeframe agreed upon

Guarantees the compliance of the accounts payable with Cluster 2 OpCo’s policies as well as the local regulations

Establishes short-term and long-term cash forecasts.

Supports financial management in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.

Prepares periodic budget as well as financial reports and supports financial reporting and compliance activities.

Provides day-to-day financial guidance as required for OpCo management, departments managers, or airport managers; on developing and maintaining budgets, etc...

يقوم بإجراء تسويات الحسابات عند الحاجة

يقوم بتجميع البيانات وتحليلها لضمان تماسك الحسابات الدائنة والمستحقة القبض والتحسينات المحتملة لعمليات الدفع.
