Role Purpose

Lead the regional growth strategy for English and Exams (E&E).

Manage business development and account management teams in individual countries.

Define and deliver Go-To-Market strategies to grow English, professional, migration, and education products.

Implement new sales and business development models, embedding technology, processes, and collaboration across sales, account management, and customer success.

Drive efficiency and sustainable growth within a matrix organizational structure.

Report to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the regional E&E leadership team.
IT Officer
Purpose of Job
-
Provide detailed ICT technical support to staff, systems, and infrastructure across three KSA sites.

Ensure IT systems meet operational needs, corporate standards, and service level agreements.

Report directly to the IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities
-
System and network administration.

Provide technical and administrative support for IT service delivery.

Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems.

Assist with maintenance, identification, and resolution of network issues.

Process IT-related incidents via the standard Incident Management process.

Implement updates, changes, and patches to IT infrastructure and services as advised by Global IS.

الغرض من الدور

قيادة استراتيجية النمو الإقليمية لمنتجات اللغة الإنجليزية والاختبارات (E&E).

إدارة فرق تطوير الأعمال وإدارة الحسابات في الدول الفردية.

المساهمة كدور رفيع ضمن فريق المبيعات والشراكات، مع تقديم تقارير إلى المدير العالمي للمبيعات والعمل مع فريق قيادة E&E الإقليمي.

تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات دخول السوق لزيادة منتجات اللغة الإنجليزية، والخدمات المهنية، والهجرة، والتعليم.

تطبيق نماذج جديدة للمبيعات وتطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك دمج التكنولوجيا والعمليات والتعاون بين فرق المبيعات، وإدارة الحسابات، وخدمة العملاء.

غرض الوظيفة

تقديم دعم تقني تفصيلي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات للموظفين والأنظمة والبنية التحتية في ثلاثة مواقع بالمملكة لضمان تلبية أنظمة IT في الدمام وجدة والرياض للاحتياجات التشغيلية والمعايير المؤسسية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة.

مقر الوظيفة في مكتب الرياض مع مسؤولية عن مكاتب الدمام وجدة، وتقديم خدمات IT لكامل المملكة العربية السعودية، مع تقديم تقارير مباشرة إلى مدير IT.
المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية

إدارة الأنظمة والشبكات.

تقديم الدعم الفني والإداري لتوصيل خدمات IT من خلال تحديد المشكلات التقنية والتحقيق فيها وحلها.

المساعدة في صيانة الشبكة وتحديد وحل المشاكل.

معالجة الحوادث المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وفق عملية إدارة الحوادث القياسية.
-
المساعدة في تنفيذ التحديثات والتغييرات والترقيعات للبنية التحتية وخدمات IT كما يتم توجيهها من قبل Global IS.
