Worker Welfare Coordinator 

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for worker welfare matters.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client welfare standards.
  • Conduct regular welfare inspections of accommodation, transportation, and work sites.
  • Address employee grievances, concerns, and welfare complaints professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate with HR, HSE, site teams, and subcontractors to implement welfare initiatives.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs related to worker welfare and rights.
  • Prepare welfare reports, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Promote awareness of health, wellbeing, and worker rights through training programs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in worker welfare, HR, administration, or labor relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and welfare regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.

QC Inspector 

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials, equipment, and construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of quality inspection experience in a similar role.
  • At least 6 years of experience in oil and gas projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.

 Lead HSE Engineer 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and emergency procedures.
  • Oversee HSE performance across EPC teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client requirements.
  • Facilitate HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
  • Monitor HSE KPIs and provide regular reports to project leadership.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in HSE leadership within EPC or oil and gas projects.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and PTW systems.
  • Excellent reporting, investigation, and leadership skills.

HSE Engineer 

We are hiring an HSE Engineer to support the safe execution of oil and gas EPC projects and ensure a safety-first culture across all project phases.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HSE plans and procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Promote a strong safety culture among project teams and contractors.
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of HSE experience in oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
  • Experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning projects.
  • NEBOSH IGC certification is required.
