The Product Specialist is a key role focused on market expansion and customer relationship management within the Eastern Province.

  • Product Promotion: Present and promote advanced medical solutions to healthcare professionals, ensuring brand awareness and market penetration in the private and public sectors.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and sales leads to achieve quarterly sales targets and increase market share.

  • Operational Excellence: Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance reports, and ensure seamless order fulfillment and invoicing processes.
  • NUPCO & Tenders: Expertly manage NUPCO Marketplace activities, including purchase orders (POs), listing management, and tender quotations for government healthcare contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach the sales team, conducting performance reviews and preparing weekly sales plans to meet corporate revenue goals.
  • Inventory & ERP: Align inventory management with market demand, utilizing ERP systems to manage stocks, collections, and strategic client relationships.

Professional Requirements & Qualifications
