1. Culinary & Food Services - Chef de Partie & Supervisors

The Chef de Partie plays a critical role in delivering world-class culinary experiences and maintaining high-performance kitchen standards.

  • Kitchen Operations: Prepare and cook meals according to fine-dining recipes, ensuring quality control, portion accuracy, and elite presentation standards.
  • Menu Innovation: Assist the Head Chef in developing daily specials, managing food inventory, and communicating menu availability to the Food and Beverage (F&B) service team.
  • Food Safety: Regulate oven temperatures, monitor cold storage compliance, and ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed in the kitchen.

2. Human Resources Coordinator (Saudi Nationals Only)

Responsible for supporting executive administration and managing employee lifecycle processes within the Human Capital department.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring processes, including background checks, reference verifications, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
  • HR Information Systems: Maintain accurate personnel files and enter data into Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure legal compliance.
