We are looking for an experienced MEA HUB HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance and support to the High Voltage Products MEA leadership team. The role translates business goals into HR priorities and ensures the effective delivery of people strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders and leadership teams.
  • Translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure implementation through HR operations and Centers of Expertise.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
  • Define and implement people strategies to support organizational effectiveness and business growth.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building initiatives.
  • Counsel and coach leaders on HR matters and organizational challenges.
  • Represent the business in interactions with HR Operations and COEs to ensure alignment and effective HR support.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner within a multinational or industrial environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing HR teams.

 Warehouse Shift Supervisor 

We are seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and site material preparation.
  • Coordinate with logistics and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Lead, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff during shifts.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, and resolve conflicts.
  • Track productivity KPIs and optimize warehouse resources.
