1. Organizational Development (OD) Manager - Strategic HR

The OD Manager leads strategic HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and business transformation.

  • Structural Design: Design and maintain organizational structures, including salary scales and organization charts aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Performance Governance: Develop and implement SLA frameworks and policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Talent Leadership: Lead succession planning, talent development, and learning and development (L&D) initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change and transformation programs to enhance business performance and culture.

2. Procurement Specialist - Supply Chain & Contracts

Responsible for the full procurement cycle, ensuring cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Manage RFQs, analyze quotations, and prepare comparison reports to achieve cost savings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and vendor contracts to ensure favorable conditions and timely delivery.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure 3-way matching (PO, Delivery Note, Invoice) and coordinate with the finance department for payment processing.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and handle supplier claims to maintain quality standards.

3. CAFM / Systems Administrator (Maximo & Power BI)

Manage and optimize the CAFM software (MRI/Maximo) to ensure it is aligned with facility management needs.

  • Data Analytics: Generate analytical reports using MS Power BI and Crystal Reports to identify operational trends.
  • Asset Management: Input and validate facility data, including space utilization and maintenance records.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT departments to integrate CAFM systems with other organizational systems using database queries.
  • Technical Support: Provide training on CAFM tools and assist in the planning of facility-related projects.

4. Document Controller - Records & Quality Management

Maintain and update all facility management documents and operational records to support compliance audits.

  • Document Control: Manage filing, tracking, and archiving of technical reports, permits, and compliance documents.
  • Operational Reporting: Support the preparation of daily and monthly reports and coordinate with site teams for record submission.
  • Governance: Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements & Professional Qualifications
