Operation Coordinator
Role: Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from pick-slip processing to dispatch while supervising staff and ensuring quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review pick-slips from Oracle (Non-MOH) and assign labor for picking, checking, labeling, packing, palletizing, and loading.
- Supervise picking and checking to ensure order accuracy.
- Oversee packing operations using appropriate materials to avoid damage or temperature excursions.
- Assign staff for labeling and document preparation to ensure readiness for dispatch.
- Close completed orders in Oracle and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Report damages, losses, or inventory discrepancies during order preparation and dispatch.
Workflow & Informatics Consultant (TLA / LIS / Automation)
Role: Act as a subject matter expert in laboratory workflows, informatics, and automation to deliver end-to-end Total Lab Automation (TLA) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate laboratory workflow challenges into scalable automation and informatics solutions.
- Connect operational needs with platform capabilities across analytics, pre-/post-analytics, and sample/data flow.
- Support labs in achieving operational efficiency and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clinical lab teams to optimize end-to-end lab solutions.
Field Service Engineer (FSE) – Beckman Coulter Diagnostics
Role: Provide technical service, maintenance, and training for diagnostic instrumentation in hospitals and labs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer systems.
- Drive service revenue and ensure customer contract retention and warranty conversion.
- Apply critical thinking to solve problems efficiently while adhering to procedures.
- Train customers on instrumentation and ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain high-quality data output from diagnostic systems.
Inventory Control Analyst
Role: Maintain inventory accuracy and governance across warehouse operations, ensuring reliable fulfillment and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory and stock movements using Oracle/OBI and generate actionable reports.
- Perform ABC/XYZ segmentation to define and optimize cycle count strategies.
- Prepare aging and last movement analyses to identify slow- and non-moving inventory.
- Plan and execute cycle counts, reconciliations, and spot audits with minimal operational disruption.
