Senior Quality Control Engineer
Overview
We are looking for a Senior Quality Control Engineer to oversee product manufacturing from development to packaging, ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will document, analyze, and report test results while supervising inspection and testing schedules across processes and teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and direct activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering fields.
- Develop and maintain testing schedules, ensuring timely execution of inspections and tests.
- Review and approve test results for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and availability of lab equipment and tools.
- Investigate non-conformities and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, summaries, and quality documentation to management.
- Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating with various teams to perform quality audits.
- Assist employees in understanding and complying with all quality standards, manuals, and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality.
- Devise sampling procedures and design forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
