Engineering Manager
About the Job
Responsibilities:
-
Lead multi-discipline engineering execution for all project phases (FEED, detailed design, construction support)
-
Review and approve engineering deliverables (drawings, datasheets, material take-offs, technical queries, as-built documentation)
-
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, codes, and project specifications
-
Coordinate with procurement to develop technical evaluations and vendor pre-qualifications
-
Provide engineering support during construction, including site clarifications, design modifications, and interface resolutions
-
Manage and mitigate risks related to engineering deliverables and schedule impacts
-
Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization
-
Ensure alignment of engineering scope with contract requirements and project budget
-
Mentor and develop engineering staff, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with company policies
-
Represent the engineering function in project meetings, client reviews, and audits
Qualifications/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related); Master’s preferred
-
Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in EPC projects, including at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role
-
Proven track record of delivering projects with Saudi Aramco or similar clients
-
Experience in brownfield and greenfield projects, pipelines, and process facilities

Maximize storage utilization relative to cost and material value

Limit storage capacity to achieve annual targets

Create logistics solutions to expedite prompt delivery of materials

Ensure all company vehicles have required certificates and permits to operate

Provide transportation solutions to company employees as per NHP

Oversee company’s process of shipping materials

Negotiate shipping lines and suppliers’ costs to improve supply chain efficiency in cost and duration

المؤهلات والخبرة:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية، أو ما يعادلها). يفضل الحاصلون على الماجستير.
-
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مشاريع EPC، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي/إداري.
-
سجل مثبت في تنفيذ مشاريع مع أرامكو السعودية أو عملاء مشابهين.
-
خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية القائمة والجديدة، خطوط الأنابيب، ومنشآت العمليات.

عن الوظيفة:
المسؤوليات:

الإشراف على تخزين، مناولة، وتوزيع المواد في المؤسسة.
-
تحقيق أقصى استفادة من تكلفة التخزين مقارنة بقيمة المواد المخزنة.
-
تحديد سعة التخزين لتحقيق الأهداف السنوية.
-
ابتكار حلول لوجستية لضمان التسليم الفوري للمواد.
-
ضمان أن جميع مركبات الشركة لديها الشهادات والتصاريح اللازمة للعمل.
-
تقديم حلول النقل لموظفي الشركة حسب NHP.
-
الإشراف على عمليات شحن المواد.
-
التفاوض مع شركات الشحن والموردين لتحسين كفاءة سلسلة الإمداد من حيث التكلفة والمدة.
-
الإشراف على جميع سياسات التأمين بالشركة وضمان تطبيق التغطية المناسبة.
-
إعداد تقارير للإدارة.
-
التخطيط وإدارة وتقييم العمليات اللوجستية بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، الموردين، مزودي الخدمات اللوجستية، شركات النقل والعملاء.
-
إنشاء وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات في مبادئ وسياسات وعمليات اللوجستيات لتحسين الأداء التشغيلي والمالي.
