HR Planning & Development Analyst
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes across all SBUs
- Communicate and align all HR policies with business units
- Review and update HR policies regularly
- Assess salary structures and employee benefits to support talent attraction and retention
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and compensation requirements for local and expatriate employees
- Implement job grading structures and job evaluation methodologies across SBUs
- Support bonus, short-term, and long-term incentive programs
- Assist in talent management, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives
- Experience in HR planning, compensation and benefits, or organizational development
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies
- Experience in job evaluation, grading, and salary structure analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with multiple business units and stakeholders
Safety Officer
The Safety Officer will support QHSE activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
- Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans (PQP), method statements, and risk assessments
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe work environment
- Monitor unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
- Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
- Manage QA/QC documentation and quality dossiers
- Close NCRs, SORs, and safety observations in a timely manner
- Support the achievement of a zero-accident work environment
- Experience in QHSE, safety, or QA/QC within Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors
- Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessments, and quality documentation
- Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
