As a Supply Manager, you will design and execute our educator staffing strategy, ensuring every school is equipped with top-tier teachers, facilitators, and school leads. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle—from recruitment through onboarding and development—and coordinate with key departments to match staffing supply with demand across all school sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end staffing process across hiring, onboarding, and professional development
- Forecast school-level demand for educators by role, location, and timing
- Design systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress
- Collaborate with Operations, Learning, Admissions, and Product teams to ensure smooth school openings
- Identify bottlenecks and risks in the supply pipeline and proactively resolve them
- Continuously refine staffing models and workflows to support scale and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, workforce planning, or talent management—preferably in education, startups, or fast-scaling environments
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Passion for education and commitment to quality talent deployment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh

مدير إمداد، ستصمم وتنفذ استراتيجيتنا لتوظيف المعلمين، بما يضمن تزويد كل مدرسة بمعلمين وميسّرين وقيادات مدرسية من الطراز الأول. ستشرف على دورة حياة الكوادر التعليمية كاملةً - من التوظيف إلى التوجيه والتطوير - وستنسق مع الإدارات الرئيسية لمواءمة العرض والطلب على الكوادر في جميع مواقع المدارس.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة عملية التوظيف الشاملة عبر التوظيف والتدريب والتطوير المهني
- توقع الطلب على المعلمين على مستوى المدرسة حسب الدور والموقع والتوقيت
- تصميم أنظمة لتتبع مقاييس التوظيف والأداء وتقدم النشر
- التعاون مع فرق العمليات والتعلم والقبول والمنتجات لضمان فتح المدارس بسلاسة
- تحديد الاختناقات والمخاطر في خط أنابيب التوريد وحلها بشكل استباقي
- تحسين نماذج التوظيف وسير العمل بشكل مستمر لدعم الحجم والكفاءة
متطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في العمليات أو تخطيط القوى العاملة أو إدارة المواهب - ويفضل أن تكون في مجال التعليم أو الشركات الناشئة أو البيئات سريعة التوسع
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وإدارة المشاريع
- القدرة على العمل بشكل متعدد الوظائف وتحقيق التوافق بين فرق متعددة
- الشغف بالتعليم والالتزام بنشر المواهب عالية الجودة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية)
- مقيم في الرياض أو راغب في الانتقال إليها
