Core Governance Responsibilities
- Policy Drafting: Creating high-quality Board Governance Policies, charters, and committee templates in full alignment with RCU regulations and national Legal Frameworks.
- Strategic Oversight: Developing Governance Principles and systems to ensure proper controls are in place for optimal monitoring of Board Operations.
- Operational Review: Conducting periodic reviews of the existing Secretariat Structure to recommend enhancements based on international Best Practices.

Investment Leaders Wanted: PPP Expert & Contract Compliance Director
RCU is expanding its Investment Executive Program (IEP) and is currently hiring for senior roles including PPP Expert and Contract Execution & Compliance Director. These roles are critical for managing Social Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), and Real Estate Investments worth billions of dollars.
Successful candidates will lead the Investment Strategy in coordination with the National Center for Privatization (NCP). Key Investment & Transactional Duties

- Transactional Management: Managing the full Transaction Lifecycle, including negotiations with preferred bidders and coordination with the National Center for Privatization.
Senior Management: Social Infrastructure Investment Director
The Social Infrastructure Investment Director will define RCU’s strategy across Healthcare, Education, and Culture sectors. This role focuses on shaping an Investment Pipeline that balances public objectives with private-sector participation, ensuring Social Impact and high Asset Profitability.
Functional Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Leading projects from concept through Investor Engagement and partner selection for Community Assets.
