Details
The Quality Inspector will review approved architectural drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements before site execution. The role focuses on ensuring construction quality standards for villa projects and monitoring finishing works across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
• Conduct daily inspections of architectural and finishing works.
• Monitor construction activities including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, marble works, ceilings, painting, façade finishes, joinery, aluminum works, and landscaping interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and local authority regulations.
• Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs) related to finishing works.
• Verify delivered materials through Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
Quality Manager
Details
The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining high quality standards across project phases by developing and implementing Project Quality Plans and ensuring adherence to QA/QC procedures. The role involves collaboration with project teams, contractors, and clients to meet organizational quality benchmarks.
Requirements
• Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plans aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor QA/QC site procedures and report findings to the Program Manager.
• Resolve non-compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Promote quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to project personnel.
IT Application Engineer
Details
The IT Application Engineer will support ERP implementation projects, particularly SAP systems, and assist in optimizing business processes, system configuration, and application adoption across the organization.
Requirements
• Support ERP and SAP system implementation and configuration.
• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Assist in process optimization and user training.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation technical support.
Land Acquisition Manager
