Facility Supervisor to join our team. This position will oversee facility operations across our main office in Dammam and industrial site in Ras Al Khair. The role ensures effective and efficient delivery of facility services including maintenance, transportation, catering, and janitorial services.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise facility operations across Dammam and Ras Al Khair sites.
Oversee catering services at office and industrial locations.
Coordinate employee transportation and shuttle services.
Supervise janitorial services and ensure cleanliness standards.
Manage visitor access, front desk, and security coordination.
Administer company fleet operations.

 Office Senior Administrator (Facility)

Details

The Office Senior Administrator (Facility) oversees all administration and facility management operations across the industrial site in Ras Al Khair, ensuring efficient service delivery that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee office operations and maintain supplies and equipment.
Manage correspondence, calls, and visitor coordination.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of premises.
Coordinate with facility vendors and maintenance services.
Provide administrative support to departments and executives.
Organize meetings, workshops, and internal events.
Liaise with service providers including cleaning, security, and IT support.

CMM Quality Inspector 

Details

The CMM Quality Inspector is responsible for performing dimensional inspection of manufactured components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CMM equipment for first article, in-process, and final inspections.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and CAD data.
Perform dimensional verification using manual measuring tools.
Record and analyze inspection results.
Create and edit CMM programs using inspection software.
Load and align parts on CMM machines.
Calibrate equipment and maintain accuracy.
Generate inspection reports and document non-conformances.
Communicate results to production and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / API standards.

Conditions

Experience in CMM inspection or industrial quality control.
Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with inspection software such as PC-DMIS or Calypso.

Senior QC Engineer (Forging) 

Details

The Senior QC Engineer (Forging) ensures all forging products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications by implementing and maintaining effective quality control processes and reducing production defects.

Key Responsibilities

Implement QC procedures across forging shop operations.
Manage non-conforming products and NCR processes.
Prepare forging ITP and inspection plans.
Perform inspections on raw, in-process, and finished products.
Record and analyze quality data trends.
Manage daily inspection activities in forging shop floor.
Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
Ensure final product clearance as per quality requirements.

Conditions

Strong experience in forging quality control or metallurgical inspection.
Knowledge of API 20B and material standards.
Experience in NCR management and inspection planning..
