Program Analyst

Job Overview:

The Program Analyst provides cross-program analytical and operational support to entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and impact monitoring. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on program support to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data flows across programs. The Program Analyst transforms raw data into insights that support impact measurement, program improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Data Capture & Management

• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate data from participating startups and program activities

• Ensure data completeness, consistency, and reliability across multiple programs

• Develop and maintain templates, tools, and processes for systematic data collection and verification

• Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support strategic planning, business development, and program enhancements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for startups regarding data submission and reporting requirements

Finance Officer

Core Competencies:

• Experience in administration, purchasing, finance support, or customer service within a high-volume transaction environment

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests under tight deadlines

• Confidence in using financial and procurement systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, storekeeping, logistics, or administrative support

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of timesheets, overtime calculations, and paymaster processes

• Ability to manage inventory and material movement efficiently
