• Competitor Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market analysis of competitor activities and consumer trends to ensure our 4P marketing plan (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) remains superior in the marketplace.
• Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and propose comprehensive annual product plans and quarterly roadmaps that align with corporate financial goals and investment strategies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage the supply chain dynamics from HQ to regional territories, ensuring inventory optimization and alignment with cross-functional logistics teams.
• B2B Tender Support: Empower channel sales teams by providing critical product forecasting, resource allocation, and internal reporting required to win large-scale B2B contracts and tenders.
