1. Events Management Sr. Specialist - Corporate Brand & Engagement

The Events Specialist is responsible for planning and executing high-quality corporate events that align with organizational objectives.

  • End-to-End Planning: Lead the execution of conferences, workshops, and internal initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency while meeting KPIs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical requirements for seamless delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for stakeholder engagement improvement.

2. Architectural Design Review Engineer - Housing & Infrastructure

This site-based role focuses on design coordination and ensuring regulatory compliance from a PMC perspective.

  • Design Review: Review architectural designs across all stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed, and IFC drawings).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet project standards and Saudi building regulations.
  • Multidisciplinary Coordination: Align architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
  • Technical Submittals: Review and comment on shop drawings and construction submittals to support site activities.

3. Executive Secretary - Office of the CEO

Responsible for supporting executive administration and enabling well-informed leadership decisions.

  • Calendar Governance: Manage the CEO’s calendar, resolve scheduling conflicts, and protect focus time for strategic priorities.
