The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing monthly and periodic payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Process monthly and periodic payroll, including allowances, deductions, and final settlements
- Review attendance and leave data to ensure payroll accuracy
- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure timely payroll disbursement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, GOSI, and the Wage Protection System (WPS)
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and analyses
- Maintain payroll data confidentiality and security
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, GOSI, and WPS requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
