Senior Consultant – Make-up – Chanel – Riyadh

Your Role

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets. The consultant will also ensure counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, and the successful execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to increase customer loyalty

• Respond to product inquiries and provide information about pricing, availability, and usage

• Communicate with customers to assess and anticipate their needs

• Recommend product ranges best suited to customer needs

• Educate customers about brand usage and product benefits

• Achieve line and sales targets through make-up knowledge and execution

• Ensure compliance with all store SOPs for operations and sales

• Fulfill e-commerce orders on time and with quality, leaving no pending actions

• Utilize digital tools (Clienteling app, OMS, WhatsApp Business, etc.) to enhance the customer experience and train staff accordingly

• Follow brand VM guidelines for display setup and stock replenishment

• Use historical traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours

• Work with relevant teams to uphold legal, safety, HR, and retail operational standards and address concerns quickly
