QA/QC Electrical Engineer
About the Job
Duties & Responsibilities:

Minimum 7 years of experience on infrastructural projects
-
Understand, prepare, review, and verify documents, inspections, and testing requirements for the implementation of Quality Management System, including PQP, procedures, specifications, international standards, inspection test plans, method statements, etc.

Generate Non-Conformance Reports, Quality Observation Reports, and Surveillance Reports for activities not conforming to project specifications and monitor detailed action plans for closeout

Review and maintain all QA/QC files related to assignment for registering and tracking records
-
Coordinate with Site Quality Team to ensure documentation, maintenance, and submission of handover documents (Red Mark-up Drawings, As-Built Drawings, O&M manuals, etc.) as per Quality Management System and contractual requirements
Qualifications:

University Degree in Electrical Engineering

Certified SCE
-
Knowledge and certification of ISO-9001-2015 QMS requirements

المهام والمسؤوليات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المشاريع الإنشائية والبنية التحتية.

فهم وإعداد ومراجعة والتحقق من المستندات ومتطلبات الفحص والاختبار لتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة، مثل خطة إدارة الجودة PQP، الإجراءات، المواصفات، المعايير الدولية، خطة اختبار التفتيش، بيان الطريقة، وغيرها.

إعداد تقارير عدم المطابقة، وتقارير الملاحظات النوعية، وتقارير المراقبة للأنشطة غير المطابقة لمواصفات المشروع، ومتابعة خطط العمل التفصيلية لإغلاق الحالات.

مراجعة والحفاظ على جميع ملفات QA/QC المتعلقة بالمهام لتسجيل وتتبع السجلات.
-
التنسيق مع فريق الجودة بالموقع لضمان توثيق وصيانة وتسليم المستندات النهائية (مثل الرسومات المعلقة Red Mark-up، الرسومات النهائية As-Built، دليل التشغيل والصيانة O&M) وفق نظام إدارة الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
المؤهلات:

درجة جامعية في الهندسة الكهربائية.
-
حاصل على شهادة SCE.
-
معرفة وشهادة بمتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة ISO-9001-2015
