QS Civil Engineer
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity estimates, analyzing costs, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships.
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.
- Analyze maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure optimal deals.
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors while building strong client and site manager relationships.
Civil QA&QC Engineer (OHTL)
This role ensures all site activities, materials, and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards by implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review civil scope, design, method statements, project quality plans, specifications, and standards.
- Implement and monitor QMS at site ensuring compliance by all teams and subcontractors.
- Inspect civil works and incoming materials; coordinate inspections with consultants and approve work per QMS.
- Review material submittals, monitor subcontractor activities, maintain quality records, prepare reports, update QMS/QMTS, and support audits and resolution of non-conformances.
